10. Accessibility

We want creativity by lily to be usable for as many people as possible, including those who rely on keyboards, screen readers, or browser autofill. We have implemented improvements aligned with common WCAG 2.1 practices, including:

• A "skip to main content" link for keyboard users
• Clear, on-page error messages on checkout and sign-in that are connected to the relevant fields for assistive technologies
• Autocomplete support on shipping and contact forms where appropriate
• Search with a proper label and visible keyboard focus
• A pause control for the homepage slideshow, and a single main page heading structure on the home hero
• Mobile menu and confirmation dialogs that support Escape to close and clearer roles for screen readers
• Distinct page titles in the browser tab for major sections (e.g. shop, cart, checkout)

We may continue to improve accessibility over time. If you have trouble using any part of the site, please email us using the contact information below and describe what you were trying to do—we will do our best to help or provide the information in another format.
